    About Me
My first botanical photographs were taken in response to a 'Mystery Object' category in a photographic competition almost ten years ago. Since then, I've been developing a style of botanical art photography which is all my own - focusing on form and colour in close-up. Along the way, I've amassed some wonderful landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes and wildlife photographs, which I'm delighted to share with you here.

I'm an old fashionned girl when it comes to equipment, and these photos have nearly all been taken with a 1970s manual Vivitar SLR and a selection of lenses and filters. No auto-focus, no aperture-priority, just through-the-lens light metering and complete control, which is how I like it. The images you see here are my concession to modernity, and high-resolution negative scanning.

I hope you enjoy the photos, and would be delighted if you chose to hang them on your wall!
